The Vacancy

Job Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain a Data Consolidation, Reporting and Analytics framework \ process \ function for the Entire Liberty Group encompassing Functions like Finance, Health & Safety, Production, Engineering, Environment Social & Governance etc.
  • Knowledge of the Entire Data Analytics Framework – right from Data Sourcing, Standardization/Transformation, Data Modelling to Data Analysis and Visualization.
  • Engage with stakeholders and Group Executives on a continual basis to understand the current reporting landscape, processes, databases. Further Collate and streamline reporting & analytics across the Group whilst automating using BI and BI Resources.
  • Deliver through the entire spectrum of the function i.e., requirement gathering, to processing of information and output analytics.
  • Collating Data and Preparing reports with “As-Is” and “Insights” for the C-Suite Executives on Business Performance.
  • Demonstrate practical application of statistical and other analytical tools / concepts / models to provide for Reporting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Trend Analysis etc.
  • Solutionize Data Transformation and propose process changes if required to better scale up / harmonize data at speed across group entities.
  • Knowledge Sharing.
  • Switch to Consulting Mode and demonstrate Consulting framework and Solutions for Ad Hoc Projects as and when required by Business.
  • The Role requires constant engagement and industrialization with Business Stakeholders, Function Contacts, Input Data Drivers & Tech Resources

Qualifications 

  • 3 years' work experience OR Academics from Tier 2 Institutions, India
  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics Domain
  • Knowledge of Correlation and Regression Analysis , Hypothesis Testing , Statistical Inference
  • Knowledge of BI Tools Like Tableau and/ or Power BI and Databases like SQL Server / MS Access would be added advantage
  • Ability to Lens Data and Information from several angles and able to work on large and complex datasets.

  • Intermediate Power Point Skills
  • Logical Reasoning / Analytical Skills
  • Diverse Stakeholder Management
  • Good with Communication Skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
