The Vacancy
Proposed Interview Date: 11th January 2024
The role
You will be the manager of an Independent Living Scheme assisting tenants with varying support needs. You will be responsible for conducting regular daily welfare calls to residents and supporting them to live independently. You will also complete safeguarding referrals and manage ASB reports within the scheme. You must assist in the viewing of properties completing tenancy sign-ups and carry out pre-tenancy risk assessments. You will also ensure property and buildings are compliant with relevant regulations.
