We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to be part of our growing Property Maintenance Team. Reporting into the Repairs Managers and/or Empty Property Supervisors you will be responsible for not only undertaking all joinery repairs to our domestic properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Providing an excellent customer service is paramount in this role, working in our customers’ homes you will use your communication skills and will liaise effectively with a wide range of teams and colleagues within Gentoo, external stakeholders and have an ability to build and maintain honest and open relationships.

The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.

Carry out all joinery related installations including kitchen units and worktops and cladding installs.
Responsive joinery repairs
Preservation joinery repairs
Working at height to carry out fascia, soffit, roofing related joinery repairs

What we are looking for:

A full UK drivers’ licence
Experience of joinery responsive and preservation repairs, installations and working at height to carry out fascia,soffit, roofing related joinery repairs.
Previous experience of using a handheld device.
Experience of delivering excellent customer service with demonstrable effective communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety Regulations applicable to the role.
