Property Inspector
This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.
The vacancy
Become a key member of our inclusive team responsible for carrying out inspections on properties to identify any defects in health and safety and to ensure all compliance is being met.
You will be involved in liaising and meeting with service providers daily, maintaining and developing the audit framework for completing inspections and planning any necessary follow up inspections in a timely manner.
If you are comfortable working to deadlines, have an understanding of housing maintenance, experience in the management of repairs and the ability to read and interpret technical reports we look forward to receiving your application.
