About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing a communal cleaning service for our customers in high rise residential blocks. The role also involves monitoring the blocks and identifying any issues or concerns, such as faults or repairs within the communal areas.
You will be required to work at various locations within the Sunderland area so the ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the post is essential
What we are looking for:
Experience of:
1. Cleaning, including the use of cleaning equipment, ideally in a
busy commercial/residential environment.
2. Information technology systems.
3. Customer care.
4. Manual handling.
Knowledge of:
1. Relevant health and safety legislation.
2. COSHH procedures.
