We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy office based in Dudley, the ideal candidate will be processing a wide range of data from various areas of the business, reporting into multiple departments you will be trained in every aspect of the company, no two days will be the same and we will offer a rewarding and challenging environment as well as a host of benefits working for one of the largest scaffolding companies in the UK.

This will be a very varied role incorporating commercial, administration and finance departments. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Inputting timesheet information on to Focalpoint system
  • Updating Focalpoint with holidays and leave 
  • Matching Payment Notices to Applications for payment and raising invoices to match the PN.
  • Analysing wage to revenue figures  to ensure that our costs are not outweighing our profit
  • General administration duties and assisting the Office Manager

We will expect the successful candidate to have a good understanding of the business as a whole. We will develop a training and development program to support you every step of the way.

You must have:

  • Good analytical skills, can work within a supported and collaborative team or as an individual when needed, must have a good attention for detail and be able to self-organise your workflow once competent: A good level of self-motivation. Proficient in most Microsoft packages but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Essential qualifications:

  • GCSE Level 4 or above English and Maths
