Do you have extensive experience as a research leader in a market research or business research setting? Do you have experience using research to influence external stakeholders? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

At Abri, we’re looking for a Research Manager to deliver high quality and actionable research. This insight will influence Abri’s operational decisions, it’s future strategic direction and will influence at national and Government levels to help solve the housing crisis.

You’ll lead a team of research professionals, conducting primary and secondary research projects and using a variety of research methodologies to suit each project. You’ll proactively champion the value that research and insight brings, and ensure it is central to decision making.

You’ll use your stakeholder management experience to extend the reach of research outside of Abri.  Within Abri, your strong leadership experience will empower the team to deliver multiple research projects concurrently, producing exceptional research reports which are tailored to the audience and provide evidence-based recommendations.  

You’ll lead the Research Team which is part of the wider Insight Team. This is a team of 19 which provide research, performance management, customer insight, business insight and analytics for Abri. ​​​​​​​

We offer flexible working where you'll be working from one of our three offices; Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or Yeovil (BA22 8WN) three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues, and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing.
