🏠Location: Remote (home based - with travel to Milton Keynes or Newcastle occasionally required) 

📃Contract: Permanent - Monday - Friday - 40 hours pw

💰Salary: Up to £34000 dependent on experience with commission

What’s great about the role?

You will be a Sales & Onboarding Specialist with your primary goal to acquire, convert, and retain Sage Employee Benefits leads by leveraging your sales expertise and personable approach to seamlessly integrate our product into clients' businesses.

You’ll achieve this through proactive outreach and engaging product demonstrations, clearly showcasing SEB’s value to drive understanding, buy-in, and successful onboarding.

Beyond conversion, you’ll focus on client retention and growth, ensuring long-term success through ongoing relationship management.

Success in this role relies on strong objection handling, accurate data management, and exceptional personal organisation.

 

Join our team and help onboard new Sage customers! Your role will involve:

  • Proactively engaging new leads and overcoming objections
  • Showcasing product value through demos and discovery calls
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding by guiding clients through setup
  • Maintaining strong client relationships for retention and growth
  • Managing accounts to hit conversion and retention targets
  • Handling sales documentation and ensuring accuracy
  • Supporting implementation and compliance with regulations
