The role
Purpose
Would you enjoy working in a beautiful location in the Forest of Dean, within our Café?
Reporting to the Catering and Hospitality Manager, the role is to supervise the front of house team and work with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and cost-effective operation earmarked by excellent customer service and quality food and drink.
We are looking for experienced candidates who have an enthusiasm for high quality customer service in a busy catering environment. Our mission is to serve simple, well-prepared food made with great ingredients, skill, and passion.

Salary starts at £24,000, rising to £24,675 upon successful completion of probation period.
