Key Worker - Housing First Chesterfield – Permanent, Full Time

Our Housing First service in Chesterfield provides a secure home to people who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to other complexities, which may include mental health conditions, substance misuse or offending behaviour. We believe that everyone has the right to a safe and secure place to call home and the stability that brings.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to work within our team. Our approach is to work with customers based on their strengths. We are looking for an individual with real commitment to supporting our customers to achieve their aspirations, goals and help them maximise their full potential.

Our aim is to provide stable, independent home and intensive personalised support to homeless people with multiple and complex needs following the Housing First principles and model of support. The role can be challenging and is highly rewarding.
