About Movex: Movex provides a cutting-edge, real-time platform that connects used-vehicle transport demand with logistics supply. As a key player in the automotive industry, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Your Role: As a Customer Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to increase sales and integrate new and existing customers into our services. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Sales division to support the sales team, onboard new customers, and enhance customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth and supporting the Cox Automotive brand through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Movex: Represent and promote Movex in the open market to support new business development and build brand presence.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the automotive industry, actively promoting the Movex platform.
  • Collaborate: Work positively and collaboratively as an engaged member of the Movex and Enterprise sales team.
  • Execute Plans: Develop and execute plans that align with the objectives and priorities set by the sales leadership team.
  • Support Sales Teams: Work with Enterprise sales teams to support sales programs, address queries, and drive volume.
  • Customer Implementation: Define and own customer implementation and site penetration plans, ensuring a collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Support customer queries, contribute to technology platform development, and continuously improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Building Relationships: Previous experience in managing accounts and building relationships (New Business)
  • Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in customer service and managing accounts is essential.
  • Innovative and Resourceful: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a knack for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and Efficient: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage expectations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyse data to drive performance.
  • Proven Track Record: History of completing quality projects on time and influencing stakeholders to create service improvements.
  • Resilient: Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and perseverance.
