We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Internal Recruiter within our growing Recruitment Team.

In a nutshell you will be responsible for:

To deliver a best in class candidate experience. Working with key stakeholders within the business you will be responsible to manage the list of vacancies to ensure the delivery of a timely, cost conscious, efficient service for your stakeholders. Working collaboratively through the process to support retention.

What you are already great at:

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and hiring Managers to deliver timely new and replacement fills.
• Upkeep accurate data on the ATS
• Ensure all platforms are accurate, engaging and on brand.
• Prioritising vacancies in accordance with the business needs
• Support and coach hiring managers where necessary.
• Delivering and reporting on a best in class candidate experience.
• Continuously measure success and evolve processes and practices to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
• Manage the PSL and ensure SLAs are fit for purpose.
• Run campaigns and group assessments where appropriate.
• Build a local network of attraction around each site.
• Be future focused and keep current with new methodologies
• Developing selection materials to support objective decision making
• Participate at Recruitment Fayres

For this role we would need you to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role and happiest in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in delivering data driven solutions
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Excellent at multi-tasking and working with competing priorities
• A solution focused mindset
• Confident and credible knowledge of sourcing candidates using a multitude of attraction sites and platforms

Our hiring process:
