The Vacancy
Hours: Flexible based on successful candidate (up to 37.5 hours available) (Fixed term to cover Maternity leave until January 2026)
Salary: SLH Band B, £24,923 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience), increasing to £25,423 FTE on successful completion of a 3-month probation period. On the completion of MDT training you will be eligible to a further increase of £1,000 to your salary.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Clinical Administrator to join our team.
As a member of the Clinical Administration Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all clinical teams by following processes related to quality assurance whilst also ensuring data quality. A key part of the role is to prepare, co-ordinate and lead administrative support required for the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, processing referrals, ensuring the accurate recording of data, timely availability of information and effective clinical support.
As a Clinical Administrator you will have excellent administration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive can-do attitude. To meet the demands of this role it is essential for you to have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, the ability to problem-solve, prioritise your workload and be flexible. It is also essential that you are able to create working relationships and demonstrate good communication within the Clinical Admin Team, across St Luke’s and with external partners.
We are looking to support a service that operates 7-days a week, 08:00 – 17:00, and can be flexible as to how those hours are filled. We consequently welcome applications from candidates seeking part time or full-time hours, We look forward to hearing from you.
