Hours: 35 Hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day)

Salary - £30,294 to £33,660 per annum

Based: Home based – office building located in Coalville, Leicestershire

The role

Responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective and high-quality customer focused Housing Management service to the Rural Housing Associations (RHAs) and Midlands Rural Housing (MRH) whose geographical areas include Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.  To deliver a generic housing service to tenants and leaseholders that focusses on regular contact, speedy intervention on issues, and making a difference to our customers and communities.

 

The ideal candidate

  • A good track record in delivering customer centred and effective services.
  • Detailed operational knowledge and understanding of housing law, housing and leasehold management, income management and ASB practice management.
  • Experience and evidence of good partnership working and outcomes.
  • Track record in delivering high performance and meeting set targets.
  • A good standard of numeracy and figures, and able to prepare and interpret information and data accurately and judge, assess and act accordingly.
