We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of managing some of our major corporate fulfilment accounts. You will take complete control of our customers and be responsible for every aspect of the client (right from design through to implementation and management).

This role is very high profile within Evri and you will be exposed to all senior people within our business, which may lead to strong development opportunities.

You will be accountable for:

  • Management and retention of Evri’s corporate client portfolio within our fulfilment business
  • Managing the full end-to-end process with our customers 
  • Driving service performance and enhance margins
  • Robust contract management
  • Maintaining and managing cash-flow
  • Liaising with Operational Management to recommend workable solutions to service level recovery programmes and new initiatives (service improvement, corrective measures, ad-hoc solution design)
  • Analysing and implementing change through our business and our customers’ business
  • Driving margin improvement through strong commercial acumen

 

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • Full Driving licence (agile role will require significant travel, often working unsociable hours),
  • A key account management or sales qualification would be useful
  • Degree level educated would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Previous experience in an account management role and specifically within E-commerce fulfilment
  • Retail/ecommerce/logistics/parcel/e-commerce fulfilment background
  • Possessing industry knowledge and experience within e-commerce fulfilment
  • Experience of operational cost, commercial profitability and P&L
  • Strong presentation skills and business acumen
  • Experience of procurement and tender processes
  • Relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative, self-motivated, often working some unsociable hours, which will include travel
