Join Ascent Flight Training for a dynamic and rewarding experience, for up to  one week's experience! This is not a vacancy but rather a great experience opportunity for someone new to the working world. As a recognised leader in the design and delivery of training solutions to create the next generation of military aircrew we offer an exciting workplace where versatility meets expertise. We are based across the UK with sites in Lincolnshire, Shropshire, Cornwall, Anglesey and our new modern Head Office in Bristol.  

Our team is known for fostering strong customer and supplier relationships and embracing innovative thinking in everything we do. Whether you're in Year 12 and above or a university student, our Work Experience Scheme provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into a diverse range of disciplines from courseware design, operations, project management, commercial management, media development, finance, HR, IT, engineering, business management and safety and assurance within both a live and synthetic flying environment. We can provide work placements to suit your needs such as working solely in the area of your career preference or experience in a variety of areas for you to gauge a full business experience.

Offering up to a week-long placement, you'll have hands-on experience across various teams at Ascent, setting the stage for a successful career journey. This is predominantly aimed at supporting secondary school or people in an education facility with understanding what the working world has to offer and experience. We will review all requested dates and may consolidate those that are more frequently selected. If your requested date significantly differs from the majority, we may reach out to discuss alternative options.
