The Vacancy

Full Time, Permanent 

 

ASCL is seeking to appoint an IT Support Assistant. This is a new vacancy, assisting the IT Support Manager in maintaining hardware and software and providing technical support to the association’s staff.   

  

You’ll be responsible for logging incidents, service requests and resolving support request in person and remotely whist ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.  

  

The position offers hybrid working, working from home and the national headquarters in Leicester (days to be negotiated at interview), as well as occasional travel and overnight stays. IT and telephone equipment will be provided.  

 

This role is paid on a five-point incremental range from £25,901 – £29,333 per annum.
