We are currently recruiting a Risk and Assurance Advisor to join the Health, Safety, Risk and Assurance Team team.
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Risk and Assurance Advisor. In this key role you will support the Risk and Continuity Manager and the Head of Safety, Risk and Assurance to ensure the Group has effective arrangements for risk, assurance, business continuity and incident management. This role will provide risk, assurance and business continuity advice to all colleagues in Gentoo Group; support the development and implementation of the Group’s risk and assurance frameworks and develop and implement the Group’s arrangements for business continuity and major incident management.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an individual who has an excellent understanding of risk management, assurance and business continuity methodologies, standards and approaches.
It is essential that this understanding has been gained while working withing an enterprise risk management environment.
It is highly desirable that you also hold one of the following, however not essential if you hold the required level of experience for the role:
Chartered Business Continuity Institute Certification.
Hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
Institute of Risk Management Certificate in Risk Management
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of analysing, assessing and communicating risk to an organisation that has been understood.
It is essential you have highly developed IT, report writing and communication skills.
You will be comfortable communicating effectively at all levels of an organisation.
