This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us to transform the future for the individuals we support. Helping us to deliver our new strategic aims and objectives, and achieve our vision of enabling extraordinary lives through outstanding support. You will collaborate with talented colleagues from Operations, Quality, and Digital teams to manage a diverse property portfolio that includes supported living, registered residential services, and offices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a robust property asset management strategy to ensure our portfolio delivers for the Trust and the individuals who live there.
  • Implement a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Develop and maintain preferred supplier lists and framework agreements to deliver on quality and value.
  • Ensure our properties are outstanding environments to live and to work, supporting the Trust’s strategic plan: Extraordinary People, Extraordinary Lives.

 

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent by experience in an appropriate field, have an appropriate professional qualification e.g. MRICS, proven experience of managing estates and asset services in a complex environment and a detailed, in-depth understanding and track record of asset management.

 

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is essential. Our head office is located in Pickering with a number of regional bases across Yorkshire.
