Sheltered Housing Coordinator

Location/Base: Connelly Court, Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Hours: 30 hours                                                                                                   

Salary: £20,092.29 - £22,324.29 annum      

The Role

As a Sheltered Housing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Senior Sheltered Housing Coordinator. Collaborating closely with other dedicated Sheltered Housing Coordinators, your role will encompass providing an intensive housing management and support service to our esteemed older tenants with housing-related needs at Connelly Court. This includes offering assistance within a Sheltered Housing setting or in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their independence and overall well-being.

The Person

We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique blend of experience in housing and working with older people, along with exceptional communication skills. As the Sheltered Housing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our elderly residents.

Have you got experience of working with vulnerable people, can handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism and strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities then we would love to hear from you.
