We are on the lookout for Customer Service Coordinator 's to join our team in Dorchester Mill, DT2 7TU
This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who thrives on delivering fantastic customer service, a naturel people person who loves to help others.
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm. There will also be a requirement to cover Saturdays on a rota basis, 8.00am until 2.00pm.
What you’ll be doing as Customer Service Coordinator:
Making sure our customer expectations are met and orders placed on the mills are achievable
Monitor incoming calls and emails, to ensure that orders and queries are processed in a timely manner
Working with our Field Sales team on lead times and ensuring that all incoming orders are processed in a professional manner
Liaising with our Operations and Sales Team colleagues, to ensure that production constraints are considered, and customer expectations are effectively managed
Maintaining, and updating, a library of Standard Operating Procedures covering the general functions carried out by the team
Supporting with training and development requirements of colleagues from the Customer Service team and other areas of the business
Being able to prepare for, and attend, sales, and other meetings as and when required

Previous experience of working in a busy office environment and customer-based service role
Strong administration skills and good attention to detail
The ability to quickly learn and understand systems, processes, and procedures
Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
