We are currently recruiting for a Store and Stock Controller to join our site in Llanidloes. 

The Store and Stock Controller will be a key member of the team responsible for:

  • The factory material supplies, stock levels within technical boundaries.
  • Ensure raw and packing stock is maintained within budgeted levels.
  • Adhere to site stock management procedures and the accuracy of stock counting and system’s accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise the work of all operatives either using items from stock, or picking orders from stocks, ensuring good stock rotation, booking out of stock products /items, recording booking out of stock products/items.
  • Ensuring production stock is reconciled daily and any short life products are flagged immediately.
  • Ensuring all raw and packaging materials are inputted into the system and progressed until delivery.
  • Utilising the capacity of the stores efficiently.
  • Monitoring stock levels and prevent “run outs”.
  • Reporting all stock values weekly.

We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude, and with thorough attention to details, keen on learning and developing, with good communication skills, and good organisation and time management skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems and ability to work with suppliers, customers, and other team members are key skills in this dynamic environment.
