Arborist (Tree Surgeon)

The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity available for you to become an integral part of the Places and Spaces team. We are looking for someone to support the direct delivery of routine and proactive tree management who can engage with people, monitor delivery standards and ensure team members and the public are safe at all times with health and safety being in the forefront of everything you do.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out specialist tree surgery works and tree felling in residential areas. Therefore, you will hold qualifications enabling you to work at height including climbing and aerial rescue, operating a chainsaw from a rope and harness.

You'll be provided with the PPE and tools required for the role.
From day 1, you’ll be entitled to 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown. Your annual leave increases at 5 and 10 years.
