McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at our Harvard Place estate in Stratford-upon-Avon
Base Salary: £11.07 up to £12.37 per hour see below*
Development information: Harvard Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprises of 56 one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, alongside it has some outstanding communal facilities, including a wonderful roof terrace with countryside views, communal lounge and on-site restaurant.
Hours: 24 hours per week.

About the role: As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of individual care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. Duties will be varied and include supporting and encouraging our residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. You will help them to book appointments, arrange transport and where necessary, escort them on visits and assist with their shopping. Every day will be diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.
