The role

Due to expansion across the Group, we have a fantastic new opportunity here at The Regenda Group within our Asset Management team for 2 new Asset Surveyors!

The purpose of the role is to deliver the responsive repairs service to our customers in and around Greater Manchester. We are after a customer focused Surveyor who will play a key role in ensuring our homes continue to be safe and up to standard.

You will ensure works undertaken to the Groups properties are undertaken to good standard and are free of defects and will diagnose and advise on appropriate remedial works for complex repair and building defect issues.

The right fit

You must have a HNC/HND Technical relevant building qualification or relative demonstrable experience.
Prior social housing experience would be advantageous.
You must be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider Asset Management Team.
Customer focus must be at the heart of your decision making.
