Hybrid working. Must be Northwest based with the ability to travel to Liverpool City Centre office.

The role

The Learning Foundry are searching for a Development Coach – Childcare to deliver Level 2 & 3 Early Years.

You will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes whilst helping to contribute to our commitment of being recognised for excellence by employers / learners / funding / awarding and regulatory bodies.

The right fit

You’ll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
You’ll possess demonstrable experience of working within a childcare role and have excellent knowledge and application of safeguarding best practice.
You’ll also have recognised childcare / early years qualifications and be enthusiastic to training others, demonstrating a good working knowledge of apprenticeships.
You will have relevant experience as a trainer / coach and an assessor.
You’ll have English and Maths Level 2 qualifications or equivalent.

The successful candidate will require a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
