WLM has been working in the community in London since 1887. We currently work in Lambeth, Southwark, Westminster and Islington with a focus on PTS (Personal Transition Service) Coaching, Hubs & Residential Services, Counselling & Therapeutic Services and Criminal Justice Services.

WLM Katherine Price Hughes (WLM KPH) is an Independent Approved Premise for men leaving prison and its aim is to provide every resident with a transforming experience, which enables personal growth and safe rehabilitation into the community.

WLM KPH aims to provide every individual with a transforming experience that brings together an awareness of risk reduction, effective reintegration into the community and personal growth.

 

About the role

We are looking for Relief Workers to help us deliver support to people who are resident at WLM KPH on a flexible and casual basis covering daytime and night shifts, which will also include weekends and bank holidays.

Our Relief Workers are responsible for a wide range of duties which could include working with people who use our services, health & safety checks and day to day running of the service. 

You will be highly motivated, committed to delivering professional and client-focused service to our clients including some with multiple and complex needs.

You will be covering annual leave, sickness and gaps in the rota and will be supported and fully inducted by the management team into the service you are allocated to.

Please note that hours for this role are not fixed and you will instead be offered work as and when it is available. WLM has no obligation to provide work and you will have no obligation to take work that is offered.
