This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Our growing company is looking for a qualified Recruitment Business partner reporting to the Head of HR to oversee all clinical recruitment and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. 

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with a multisite unit and a track record of business partnering with Managers and Operation function. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions.

 

Duties

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs
  • Work alongside the business to understand the business resource requirements and support people change programmes.
  • Develop an execution plan for optimising recruitment and internal talent management by proactively managing the internal selection policy and processes.
  • Develop and maintain a resourcing plan for the company including where new talent will be required and what career development programmes can be utilised.
  • Maximise the use of direct channels i.e., on-line resources, LinkedIn, Company Website, job-board databases, to minimise the use of recruitment agencies.
  • Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Craft sourcing strategies using online channels
  • Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
  • Advise recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
  • Managing recruiting KPIs (e.g time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
  • Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department)
  • Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment budget
  • Design succession plans and internal promotion policies
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires
  • Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a senior Recruitment Business Partner
  • A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment function
  • Proficient in the utilisation of an HRIS ATS
  • Demonstrated experience of leading employee change programmes
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
